5.4 Project
The car :

stock 5.4 with a few bolt-ons from the 4.6 motor:

started with redoing the rear-end, powder coated the control arms and calipers:
added a 255lph fuel pump and powder coated the alternator:
Pulled the T45 and flushed and filled it with full synthetic mobile 1. Threw in FRPP aluminum driveshaft:

Pulled the front suspension in favor of PA racing tubular k-member and a-arms:
Added MMR coil over's:
Sits perfect even without a motor or trans:
Redid the calipers and sway bar to match my car:
Stripped and high temp ceramic coated the FRPP headers:
Climbed into the engine bay and scrubbed it clean:
My block came in and I started seeing parts at my door almost daily:


Everything internal is forged:
Stage 3 cams; Comp Cams Heads are stock lightning, they’ve been milled for slightly larger stainless steel valves; have Comp Cams beehive springs:
Spec stage 3 clutch, electric water pump, Steeda pulleys and timing adjuster
